## 発注文について

以前の納品物の参照を希望される場合は、「以前描いていただいたキャラクター」など特定が難しい表現は避け、該当ファイルの添付か、依頼時期や依頼番号、キャラクターであればお名前や特徴など、それとわかる情報を明記してください。

また、服飾や色名など、個々人の認識の差異により意図が正確に伝わらないケースがあります。用語は正確に、もしくは共通認識を持てるように工夫をお願いします。

## 第三者が著作権を有する資料その他について

「この作品のこのキャラクターに似た外見で描いてほしい」「あの作品のあのキャラクターのポーズでお願いしたい」等、第三者が著作権を有する著作物を挙げた、パロディやオマージュの範囲を超えた発注には対応いたしかねます。

参考資料としてご提示いただくぶんには問題ありませんが、著作権侵害行為とならないようアレンジさせていただきます。ご了承くださいませ。
